SITE CREW

We are always looking for professionals with varying levels of experience to join our team who help us deliver projects ranging from festival stage builds to large-scale art installations. 

Our team works hard together to build the stages & structures that create life-changing experiences at festivals and events across the world.

We have a great core team of both freelancers and permanent staff, and are always on the look-out for new dedicated, focused team members to join our dynamic team of professionals.

If you are practical with a positive mindset, we have opportunities available across the UK & Overseas 

ROLE

• Helping to build large stage structures and AV art installations
• This is a very manual, hands on role
• Hands-on experience in construction, festivals or general manual labour is desired but not essential although you must be keen to learn and work hard
• Work at height may be required so climbing skills and a head for heights are beneficial
• Manual skill sets of carpentry, scaffolding and labouring are advantageous
• Understanding of tech such as video & lighting is advantageous but not essential
• Plant licences such as telehandler, picker, forklift are desirable, but not essential
• Shifts are generally 10-12 hours per day, with weekend work required in peak times

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• You will be a good communicator with a positive outlook who enjoys being a team
• You will have the ability to respond well to instruction whilst also showing great problem solving skills and independent thought
• You have a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to problem solve 
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• It is essential that you are flexible with location and availability
