STAGE & SHOW DESIGN
GDANSK, VALENCIA, BUCHAREST, BUDAPEST
For the 'Burn Energy Tour 2026' we brought our signature production style to a club setting alongside some of the most exciting talent in the electronic music scene. A 10 metre x 4 metre bold rectangular form floats above the DJ and the crowd. Minimal yet iconic, this overhead installation is both architecturally and spatially compelling, the striking visual centrepiece commands each of the spaces it is placed within as it travels from city to city.
Fully illuminated on all sides, the overhead LED installation is an evocative and experimental canvas for custom visual content created by Lucid specifically for the three-dimensional screen configuration - playing with depth, dimension and angularity. Bespoke visuals wrap around the ubiquitous overhead centrepiece, snaking across its surfaces, then disappearing, folding back into itself - creating a sense of scale, depth and dimensionality that is constantly shifting and evolving. With endless looks utilised throughout - at first hinting at the scale of the set piece without fully revealing itself, visuals travel around the installation picking out its many angles, lines and surfaces, playing with shadow and depth as minimal, darker linear tracing effects are engaged, building up to big solid colour and high density moments activating the entire installation. Utilisation of negative space becomes as much of a tool as the activated surfaces of the screen - to create shadow, depth & abstraction - all the while enhancing visual interest in the installation as it begins to act and move in a way that is unexpected. As the venues change, this powerful, graphic set-piece provides visual continuity acting as an instantly recognisable emblem and icon that ties the tour together, with a clear overarching visual narrative.
Positioned directly above the DJ, the installation establishes a striking focal point, placing the artist at the heart of the experience. A single beam of of light pierces through the negative space above the set piece, illuminating the DJ from above and reinforcing their presence within the space - connected to the crowd, yet elevated. Throughout the venue, vertically positioned tetras extend the experience beyond the centre. Defined, architectural sheets of light ripple, pulse, and flow through the room in fast-paced patterns and vibrant, colour scanning gradients, moving in hypnotic unison. The effect is fluid and kinetic - light chases light as it bounces off surfaces, carving the space with almost tangible light forms. Additional bursts of strobing punctuate the space, adding moments of intensity and release. These elements create a dynamic visual language that builds, evolves and releases - transforming each venue into an incredibly impactful, shared experience driven by form, light and the very best in electronic music.
